A complete recovery drink with two sources for athletes who want to train again and again. Designed for athletes who train regularly or have moderate- to high-intensity training lasting 90 minutes or more and who need a solution for complete recovery before the next workout.
Carbohydrates are the most important source of energy during long-term moderate- to high-intensity training. After a tough workout or competition, your muscles and liver are likely depleted of glycogen, and a key focus of recovery is to quickly replenish both glycogen stores. With this in mind, fructose is a source of carbohydrates that is preferentially taken up by the liver and used to replenish liver glycogen stores, while maltodextrin can be taken up directly into the muscle to replenish muscle glycogen stores. To maximise glycogen replenishment, it is recommended to consume 1 g of carbohydrates per 1 kg of body weight, which is why BETA Recovery contains 60 g of carbohydrates per serving.
The recovery process also requires sufficient protein to provide amino acids to repair muscle damage and building blocks to stimulate training adaptation.
BETA Recovery is scientifically formulated and contains a dual-source carbohydrate blend with 60 g of carbohydrates (1:1 ratio of maltodextrin to fructose) and 30 g of whey protein per serving. The addition of probiotic cultures promotes digestion and protein absorption and supports intestinal and immune function.
BC30TM (Bacillus coagulans GBI-30, 6086) has been added to BETA Recovery as a natural ingredient that supports digestive health, the immune system, and protein absorption.
Preparing a drink
Add 100 g of powder (four full scoops) to 500 ml of cold water and shake. Best consumed within 30 minutes after training. Glycogen storage in the muscles and liver is accelerated if carbohydrates are consumed immediately after training.
The product should not be used as a substitute for a balanced and varied diet and should be consumed as part of a healthy lifestyle. After opening, the product should be stored in a cool and dry place. Be careful not to exceed the expiration date.

Dobrý deň,
SiS BETA Recovery obsahuje srvátkový proteín a väčší podiel rýchlo vstrebateľných sacharidov (60 g – maltodextrín a fruktóza v pomere 1:1 plus 30 g bielkovín), ideálne po náročných vytrvalostných výkonoch . Naopak, SiS REGO Rapid Recovery využíva sójový proteín, má približne polovicu množstvo sacharidov a bielkovín a zároveň obsahuje vitamíny a minerály.

Dobry den tak chcem sa spytat ze tak co vlastne by bolo dobre pre mna kedze potrebujem aj tie vitaminy a mineraly ale zaroven mam vytrvalostne vykony =) =) =) napr. jazdim aj 300 km a priemerka 32-34 alebo jazdievam cca okolo 100 s priemerkou okolo 31-34km/h . Vopred Dakujem

Pri týchto ťažkých tréningoch by bol vhodnejší skôr Beta Recovery a vitamíny a minerály by som dopĺňal samostatne.
