Full-finger icebreaker
The icebreaker company was founded on a chance encounter when, in 1994, a marketing graduate, Jeremy Moon, met a merino sheep breeder who was using a new technology to produce a fabric with unique functional properties. This fabric did the impossible - it combined the main advantages of synthetic materials (easy maintenance, lightness, quick drying) with the natural advantages of MERINO (warmth, breathability, odour resistance, biodegradability). The company's goal is to build a brand of clothing made from pure New Zealand merino that can stand up to global competition. And this brand has already succeeded. The slogan of the icebreaker company says it all: "We don't make clothes, clothes are born here."
