MTBIKER is visited by 400 000 of people per month. We have been operating online since 1998 and are verified by tens of thousands of satisfied customers. In 2022, we launched the MTHIKER portal, which aims to become as integral for tourists and nature lovers, as MTBIKER is for cyclists.

We offer more than 80 000 products from more than 500 verified manufacturers, of which we have roughly half in stock. We regularly expand the offer with new brands. If you do not like the delivered goods, you can return them within 30 days of delivery without giving a reason and file a complaint within 2 years of purchase.

We are available from Monday to Friday from 08:00 to 16:00 via e-mail, chat, phone or in person at our stores. However, we often deal with communication in the evening and on the weekends, if we are not out riding. We all ride bikes or spend our free time in the mountains. Whoever will take care of you will have personal experience with many products and will advise what is suitable for you and your budget - not what we want to sell. Fast delivery and personal pickup

We ship products in stock on the same day as the order arrives (or the next working day if the order arrives after 12:00) and are delivered on the next working day. For products not in stock, we always inform you about the actual date of shipment. We send orders by courier, for personal pickup in our stores or in one of thousands of pickup points and post offices throughout Slovakia. Here you will find details about delivery options.

Secure shopping and payment methods

Your personal data is safe with us - the order process via the e-shop is secured by an encrypted connection, so it is impossible to eavesdrop. If you pay by credit card, you enter its number on the bank's secure website, and we do not have access to it.
