Petzl OMNI SCREW LOCK carabiner, gray
OMNI multidirectional semi-circular carabiner for connecting AVEN and SUPERAVANTI seat harnesses, for connecting the CROLL chest rope ascender and the DUAL CAVING lanyard. It is available with two lock types: automatic TRIACT-LOCK or screw-in SCREW-LOCK.
Multi-directional carabiner:
For connecting two textile attachment points on AVEN and SUPERAVANTI harnesses
- For connecting the CROLL chest block and the DUAL CAVING connector
- Triaxial strength: 25 kN
Easier handling:
- Larger space at both ends of the latch ensures better durability of the textile straps of the attachment points (reduces their wear)
- Smooth surface on the inside reduces the risk of catching or cross-loading
- Keylock system helps prevent the carabiner from getting caught during use
Carabiner body with H-shaped cross-section:
- This design ensures an excellent strength-to-weight ratio for the carabiner
- Protects the marking from abrasion
There are two lock safety systems available:
- TRIACT-LOCK: three-stage automatic lock fuse
- SCREW-LOCK: screw-lock safety lock with red visual indicator of unlocked lock
