Storm Care Down Wash & Proof Twin Kit set of washing and impregnating agent
A special set developed for cleaning and re-impregnation of your down clothing and equipment. It gently removes surface dirt and effectively cleans your equipment. Thanks to a revolutionary cycle , it also impregnates clothes and restores their water repellency. Leaves a patented abrasion-resistant finish without damaging the fine down.
Down feathers have natural water-repellent and insulating properties, so they require special cleaning to avoid damaging their integrity. Regular detergents will remove the natural oils from the feathers, reducing their fluffiness and thermal properties. Keep your gear in tip-top condition – clean, odor-free, fluffy, and with its DWR finish intact.
Manual:
- Put one item of clothing in the washing machine. Do not overload the washing machine, as technical garments need to move freely to achieve the best mechanical and chemical effect.
- Pour 75 ml of Storm Wash into the detergent compartment and 75 ml of Storm Down Proofer into the fabric softener compartment.
- Set the washing machine to 30°C – synthetics, low spin, or technical sportswear program (if available)
- Follow the instructions on the garment label when drying. First, let the garment drip for at least 20 minutes before placing it in the dryer.
- Tumble dry on low heat according to the label, add dryer balls and remove the garment periodically to shake the chambers and distribute the fluff evenly
