Technical ice axe with TOTAL DRY VARIO tip designed for extreme ice climbing and especially for drytooling

  • SIMPLE VARIO end cap is included
  • designed for extreme ice climbing and especially for drytooling
  • The shape of the ice axe and the handle are based on the design of THE TECH MACHINE ice axe
  • compared to the DARK MACHINE ice axe, it is slightly longer, has a more curved handle, but lacks a hole at the bottom of the tip for attaching a carabiner or straps
  • a large bend in the handle helps when getting stuck in ice lumps
  • anatomically shaped handle for a perfect grip and finger protection
  • in the lower part of the ice ax there is a rest for the hand
  • carbon gives the ice ax high rigidity, which significantly reduces vibrations
  • the ax is perfectly balanced
  • the center of gravity is shifted more towards the head for easier jamming
  • forged head, which can be easily replaced with an Allen key
  • recommended replacement heads: TOTAL ICE VARIO and ICE VARIO
  • you can click a carabiner or tie a loop into the hole in the head
  • Vario system allows you to easily combine tips and shovel/hammer as needed
