A compact and extremely versatile brake, suitable for a wide range of users. Whether in climbing halls, on rocks or on alpine sports routes (when using a single rope), it brings real added value in terms of safety and comfort for both climber and belayer. It is beneficial for beginners, experienced climbers and professionals, as well as for couples with and without a weight difference.The short HMPE webbing and minimal activation distance make it easier for the belayer to belay dynamically and softly, reducing the risk of impact injuries. When falling, the cam slows the fall, supports the breaker and balances out weight differences - so the breaker is not torn off the ground in the event of a major fall. When falling from a low height, the braking effect reduces the risk of collision between the climbing pair and the climber hitting the ground. Ohmega brakes reliably even if the climber falls directly into the device.
