PETZL NEOX is a belay device with assisted braking intended for experienced climbers, suitable for climbing walls and rocks, for sports and performance climbing. Ideal for belaying a first-time climber, it has an integrated rotating disc that enables smooth and quick feeding of the rope to the climber when turning on expressions. The ergonomic handle allows smooth control of the climber's descent speed. It can be used with single ropes with a diameter of 8.5 to 11 mm.

- We do not recommend for beginner climbers, it is not a self-locking device, you must always hold the free end of the rope in your hand
- When feeding the rope to the climber, it is not necessary to hold the device in the hand and block the cam, the rotating disc does not get stuck, the feeding of the rope is smooth and fluid.
- In the case of clenching the hands while belaying and feeding the rope, you disable the locking function of the cam, and when the climber falls, there is a risk of the rope slipping freely, burning the belayer's hands and the climber falling to the ground
