After intense training and competitions, the supply of carbohydrates, proteins and fluids is the basic key to your regeneration. RECOVERY ACTIVE is intended for use directly after exercise to not only supply muscles with protein, but also help replenish energy stores (glycogen stores) with carbohydrates.
