omega-3 fatty acids (EPA, DHA), beneficial for proper brain and heart function. They occur naturally in oilier fish and are an important part of a healthy diet.
Recommended dosage:
Take 1–2 capsules daily. Drink plenty of water. The maximum daily dose is 2 capsules. Do not exceed the recommended dosage. After opening, store at a temperature not exceeding 25°C and consume within 2 months.
