PowerBar IsoMax ionic drink is designed for intensive training and races. It contains all the nutritional components that your body needs to successfully cope with any long-term physical load. It hydrates, supplies energy, supports endurance and also regenerates. The perfect drink for your endurance sport!Recommended use:
Dissolve 50 g of the preparation (about 5 tablespoons) in 500 or 750 ml of water and drink 150-200 ml of the drink every 15 minutes during the performance or 200-300 ml an hour before the performance. Do not forget that your body can receive, depending on the intensity and duration of the performance, max. 90 g of carbohydrates per hour. One dose contains 41.5 g of carbohydrates. Not suitable for children, pregnant or lactating women and people sensitive to caffeine. As part of a varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle.
