Amacx Turbo Gel is a sports gel to which water has already been added and therefore does not need to be drunk. This gel contains several sources of carbohydrates with gradual release (carbohydrate ratio 1:0.8). Use this Turbo gel during sports moments when you demand a lot from your body, preferably in combination with other products from the Turbo line.Use Turbo Gel before or during exercise.
How to use
Take 1-3 gels per hour of exercise. Use depends on personal carbohydrate requirements.
Warning
Do not exceed the recommended dosage. Store the product in a cool and dry place, out of the reach of small children.
