Thanks to the proportion of 50% protein and 38% carbohydrates, ProteinFit 50 provides its users with a rich source of building materials and energy. It is excellent for all kinds of sports with versatile use. The protein is enriched with anabolic substances such as L-glutamine and BCAA for the increase of muscle mass, muscle protection, regeneration after demanding training and replenishment of energy.

RECOMMENDED DOSAGE:
For athletes, the dosage is divided according to the desired effect:
To support the growth of muscle mass - take 2-3 doses on the day of strength training between meals, before training, 1 hour after training or before bed
For overall regeneration and protection of muscle mass - take 1-2 doses per day (1 dose = 3 scoops ie 35 g), daily between meals or before bedtime
Children from 8 to 11 years 1–2 doses per day (1 dose = 1 scoop)
Children from 11 to 18 years old 2–3 doses per day (1 dose = 1 scoop)
THE USE:
1 dose = mix 3 scoops (35 g) of the powder in 200 ml of water or low-fat milk. Mixing it in water gives you a quickly digestible protein drink, mixing it in milk increases the smoothness and fullness of the taste.
COMPOSITION:
Base: whey protein concentrate, skimmed milk powder, maltodextrin, glucose, L-glutamine, BCAA amino acid mixture (L-leucine, L-isoleucine, L-valine), thickeners: guar gum and xanthan, table salt, vitamins: C (acid .L-ascorbic), niacin (nicotinic acid), E (DL-α-tocopheryl acetate), pantothenic acid (calcium D-pantothenate), B6 (pyridoxine hydrochloride), B2 (riboflavin), B1 (thiamine hydrochloride), B12 ( cyanocobalamin), folic acid (pteroylmonoglutamic acid), biotin (D-biotin); sweetener: aspartame; enzyme complex (papain, amylase, protease, lactase, lipase, cellulase, bromelain).
