Dal (dhal, daal, dhal) is a famous traditional Indian dish that delights with its distinctive flavor, thick and creamy consistency. Loved by many for its endless variety. At LYOFOOD, we went through red lentils, slowly simmered in a creamy coconut-tomato sauce and served with gluten-free millet. We added crunchy green lentils for extra texture. In short, the ultimate freeze-dried organic version of a classic Indian dish that will keep you warm for hours.

 

The meals are cooked and seasoned before freeze-drying.

 

There are no artificial additives, no added sugars, no palm oil, and no preservatives in the package. The food is made from 100% natural ingredients.  Shelf life is approx. 4 years.
