K-Wool Stretch materials

objednaval som si u vas tuto modru ciapku Karpos, objednavka 1125029, no namiesto modrej mi bola dorucena sivo/zelena (dokonca mi ukazuje aj rozdielnu cenu pri tychto ciaplach). Ciapku som na predajni vratil a bolo mi povedane, ze mi nevedia tutu modru vymenit, ze ked znova zadaju objednavku pride ciapka ta ista sivo/zelena.
Je mozne tuto ciapku objednat v modrej farbe, ako som si zadal v objednavke?
Nechce sa mi robit objednavka ak pride opat ina farba ako si objednam a zbytocne preveziem naftu do predajne.
