Organic cotton

For a product to be labeled as organic cotton, 100% of all cotton used must come from an organic source. Mountain Equipment uses only organic cotton in its products, which is grown using environmentally friendly methods, i.e. with less water consumption, without pesticides and chemical fertilizers.

Two-year guarantee without compromise

You must always rely on the equipment. So if something is wrong, you have an uncompromising two-year warranty. If you discover a manufacturing defect, send the goods to us and we will hand them over directly to the service center in Munich, which will take care of the rest.

Post-warranty service

If you damage the equipment yourself, the service center in Munich will repair it. Just send it to us and we will take care of everything.
