The light softshell windprotect jacket from the SKITOURING series by NORTHFINDER is designed for active movements in mountain conditions at low temperatures, when protection against wind, snow or light rain is needed. It is a great companion for ski mountaineering, cross-country skiing or fast winter hikes. It combines a 3-layer flexible softshell with a membrane (10,000 mm / 10,000 g/m2/24h) placed on the chest, shoulders, hood and parts of it and breathable stretch material on the inside of the shoulders, lower part of the jacket and on the back.
Thanks to this hybrid ergonomics based on the principles of body mapping, the HRUBY jacket not only provides maximum freedom of movement during active sports, but also ensures effective thermoregulation. You will be dry even if you ski intensively downhill. The smooth interlock surface on the windward side of the windprotect softshell supports effective moisture absorption and thermoregulation even during active movement. The technical construction of the jacket takes into account its use in demanding mountain conditions. The two large zippered pockets are easy to access even after you have fastened the waist belt of the backpack. They keep tapes, safety glasses or gloves. There are also two mesh pockets inside.
The ergonomic hood easily withstands the weather thanks to its extended visor and protects against the elements thanks to its helmet compatibility. Wind or snow, even when descending. The HRUBY windprotect softshell jacket is a great companion for active mountain adventures, even in more demanding conditions, when you need protection against wind or snow and do not want to compromise on the weight of the equipment.
