It contains a large amount of Merino wool, which perfectly regulates temperature, wicks away moisture and has antibacterial effects. It is ideal for demanding physical activities in winter or summer.
CORESPUN technology
The ORTOVOX 120 TEC LOGO HEADBAND is exceptional in that it is made of yarns knitted using the special CORESPUN technology from the Swiss company Sudwolle Group. This technology consists in braiding the finest fibers of Merino wool around a polyamide core, resulting in a very soft and at the same time very durable yarn. This yarn combines the stability and durability of polyamide with the proven qualities of Merino wool.
The highest quality Merino wool
ORTOVOX uses only the highest quality Merino wool from Tasmania. Merino wool is a material that degrades only negligibly over time and retains its functional properties for many years. Merino wool comes only from selected farms that meet the strict ORTOVOX WOOL PROMISE (OWP) standards.
- ORTOVOX obtains new merino wool from certified sheep farms that adhere to ethical principles of animal treatment.
- Only wool from Tasmanian sheep meets the demanding requirements of the ORTOVOX brand.
These farms are regularly monitored as part of the OWP. The wool itself is 100% ecological and therefore extremely environmentally sustainable. Merino wool provides perfect comfort and a feeling of softness thanks to the thin fibers that make up fine woolen yarns. In addition, this wool perfectly regulates temperature and wicks away sweat, so you will feel comfortable in any conditions. In addition, Merino wool neutralizes odors thanks to its antibacterial effects, and it is very easy to care for.
Uncompromising two-year warranty
ORTOVOX products are made of the highest quality, which is why solving any complaints is really easy. If you discover a manufacturing defect, be it a fraying seam, external fraying or a non-functioning zipper, just send the product to us and we will take care of its repair, replacement or refund. For out-of-warranty repairs, ORTOVOX has its own service center where it repairs everything.
