Sidas ankle protectors
Gel Silitene™ ankle protectors are specifically designed to protect the ankle during skiing, ski touring, skating, and hiking.They effectively relieve pain caused by pressure and friction from footwear on the ankle.
Silitene™ is a breathable gel, developed by SIDAS, it is washable with water and reusable. Thanks to its properties, it stays in place on the skin, and can be cut to size as needed.
Tip:
If you experience the most pressure on the inside of your ankles (especially in rigid footwear such as ski boots, skates, sturdy hiking boots), it is possible that you have an overpronated foot (your ankle and consequently your entire foot tilts inwards). In this case, we also recommend trying an anatomically shaped Sidas insole with arch support, which will support the foot and align its axial position to some extent, thereby effectively reducing pressure on the inside of the ankle.

Chrániče som použil do skialp lyžiarok. Držali celkom dobre, ale nedá sa povedať že by ma uchránili pred bolesťou. V mojom prípade asi nesplnili očakávanie.
