The latest generation of the high-performance flashlight Fenix ​​PD35 V3.0 brings a luminous flux of up to 1700 lumens (ANSI) and an afterglow of up to 357 meters. Such a great light performance was achieved using the latest LED Luminus SFT-40. The flashlight is powered by a Li-ion 18650 3400 mAh battery (included) with its own USB-C charging connector. The Fenix ​​PD35 V3.0 has six lighting modes that allow you to choose between high power and long battery life, which reaches up to 300 hours. One of the light modes is also a stroboscope, which is suitable for crisis situations. The lamp is powered by a digitally regulated constant current to guarantee a constant light output even when the voltage in the batteries is reduced (while they are gradually discharged). It is also equipped with a battery charge indicator.

The use

There may be an insulating cap on the battery inside the flashlight from the factory. Before first use , remove it from the battery.

To turn it on, press the switch located at the end of the lamp, for immediate activation, gently hold the button. By pressing the side button near the head of the lamp, you can cyclically switch between five permanent lighting modes at any time during operation. To switch to strobe mode, hold down the side button for about 0.5 seconds.

Intelligent protection against overheating - if the temperature of the lamp rises above 60 °C, it will automatically reduce the power in gradual steps until its temperature stabilizes. As soon as the temperature of the lamp drops below 60 °C, the power will automatically increase again to the original level.

Indication of the state of charge of the batteries - each time it is switched on, the indicator LED in the side button of the lamp is activated for three seconds. If the indicator light is green, the battery is charged to more than 85%. Green flashing means 50-85% capacity. If it lights up red, it is charged to 25-50%. Red flashing means less than 25% battery capacity left (only works when using 18650 Li-ion battery).

Warning of discharged batteries - the lamp will gradually automatically switch to the lowest mode, in the lowest mode, the indicator LED in the button will flash red three times every 10 minutes. This indicates the need to charge the battery or replace it with a fully charged one.

Charging - plug the USB cable into the side USB-C connector on the battery, the indicator light on the top of the battery lights up red during charging. When fully charged, it lights up green or blue. The charging time of a fully discharged battery is 3-3.5 hours.

Warning

• Do not disassemble the sealed parts in the lamp head yourself, this will void the warranty.
• Use only high-quality 18650 Li-ion batteries or 3V CR123A batteries to avoid damaging the lamp.
• If the protective rubber rings appear damaged after a long period of use, replace them. The rings must also be lubricated to prevent rubber erosion. By following these rules, the lamp will be properly protected against water.
• If the light flickers, does not switch to higher power modes, or does not light up, it may be for one of the following reasons:
  
  • The batteries are almost empty - charge the battery or replace it.
  • The contacts inside the lamp are clogged - clean them with a cloth soaked in alcohol.
  • The head, body or back of the lamp is loose - add lubricant to the sealing rings and tighten the head and the end of the lamp.
