Aluminum pan with the highest quality non-stick ceramic layer. The surface is scratch-resistant and designed for very high temperatures. The package includes a pan and a Talon holder. The advantage of the pan is its low weight, easy-to-maintain and non-stick surface, excellent heat distribution. The Ceramic Skillet also fits comfortably in the Flex 3 and 4 sets.
