Instructions for use:
- Recommended size: the stated size of the ball refers to the maximum diameter. The FitBall 85 cm ball is recommended to be inflated to a diameter of 80 cm
- To inflate the ball to its final size, it needs to be inflated twice. After the first inflation, it is ideal to wait 24 hours and then inflate it to the maximum
- Keep the ball at a sufficient distance from painted walls, wooden furniture, or areas where wood is being worked on. Also, keep it away from pets that could damage the ball
- Do not use the ball on slippery surfaces such as wooden floors or tiles, especially when exercising or sitting on the ball
- If you want to use the ball as a birthing aid or exercise aid during pregnancy, consult your doctor first
- Store the ball in a clean, dry, and well-ventilated environment
- When cleaning the ball, do not use strong acidic or alkaline cleaning agents. Do not expose the ball to direct sunlight and do not store it at high temperatures
- The ball can withstand approximately 150 - 200 kg. When using, pay attention to the distribution of forces and do not overload it too much in a specific area
