The base of the shoe is a thick layer of ARC comfort foam, which reliably absorbs shocks and at the same time offers a high energy return for a quick bounce. The level of comfort is thus at a very high level, and you will not "fight" into the shoe and thus lose precious strength in every step.
The upper is made of structured multi-layer mesh. It surrounds the foot like a second skin, and thanks to the absence of any solid rubber or plastic elements, there is no risk of bruises or abrasions even during a very long run. Sufficient strength for running on a paved surface is ensured by an efficiently designed change in weave density. This makes the X165 ENGINEERED II upper comfortable, soft and breathable where possible, and firm and stable where needed.
