Grivel AIR TECH LIGHT Cramp-O-Matic EVO crampons
Grivel AIR TECH LIGHT CrampOMatic EVO are lightweight universal crampons made of duralumin, designed for less demanding alpine climbs and walking on glaciers. Thanks to their sophisticated design, they offer reliable traction and stability, but they are not intended for rocky terrain.
Twelve sharp serrated spikes ensure a sure step, while a special third row of shorter and wider spikes helps with traversing. Patented 3D Stamp technology increases the strength of individual parts, so the cats remain durable despite their low weight. The semi-automatic New-Matic clamping system combines classic binding at the front with a quick-release lever at the back and is suitable for solid boots with a notch in the heel or ski touring boots.
The asymmetrical shape for the left and right foot improves the fit of the shoe. The front and back parts are connected by a FLEX BAR segment, which allows for easy size adjustment, including the ability to rotate for smaller shoes. The Antibott system on the underside limits snow accumulation when stepping on. The cats are easy to pack by sliding the front and back parts together and folding the plastic handles. They are delivered unpackaged, with selected spare parts also available.
