- cats designed for ski mountaineering
- the front clamping plastic system was developed to keep the cat firmly on a modern ski mountaineering boot; the manufacturer does not guarantee compatibility with older types of shoes
- for greater resistance when in contact with stones, the front part is made of carbon steel and the rear part is aluminum for lightening
- the cat can be insured against loss by pinning the eye on the toe using a shoe buckle; you can also secure the heel with the included strap
- the front spikes are shaped for easy climbing in difficult terrain and together with the side spikes form a stable footing surface in melted snow
- the rear spikes, thanks to their shape, allow a smooth descent
- the semi-automatic New-Matic fastening system is a combination of a classic binding on the front part and a quick-release lever on the rear part (cats can only be fastened to a firm boot equipped with a notch in the heel or to ski mountaineering boots)
- asymmetrical shape for left and right leg
- the front and rear parts are connected by a VALTER BAR segment
- thanks to the holes in this clutch, the shoes can be easily and quickly adjusted to the size of the shoes; for a small shoe size, the coupling must be turned 180 degrees
- on the bottom part of the cats is the Antibott system (every time you step on it, the rubber part bends and this prevents snow from packing)
- the cats are easy to pack (the front and back parts are easily inserted into each other and the plastic handles can be folded onto the cat's body thanks to the movable joint)
- the CRAMPON SAFE cat cover is included
