The Fenix ​​HT18R V2.0 rechargeable hunting flashlight is one of the tactical flashlights with the longest range on offer. Its powerful reflector offers a range of up to 1100 meters and a luminous flux of up to 3700 lumens (ANSI). The light source is a high-performance Luminus SFT-90 LED with a lifespan of 50,000 hours. It is powered by one 21700 Li-ion battery with a capacity of 6000 mAh (Fenix ​​ARB-L21-6000 battery is included in the package). The Fenix ​​HT18R V2.0 LED flashlight has a total of seven lighting modes (four light and three strobe) with a battery life of up to 87 hours. On the side of the flashlight there is a tactical dual switch allowing instant activation by pressing, instant activation of maximum power, and quick activation of the strobe from the off state. The lamp is charged via a modern USB-C connector. The light is compatible with long gun mounts and the Fenix ​​AER-05 cable switch. The battery may have an insulating cap from the factory. Remove it before first use.

Turning on/off and switching lighting modes - press the round tactical switch to momentarily turn on the light, when released the light will turn off. Press the tactical switch fully to turn the flashlight on permanently. When the lamp is turned on, the power levels are switched by pressing the functional rectangular switch. Holding the function switch for 0.5 seconds activates the flash modes.

Instant Strobe - from the off state, press and hold the functional rectangular switch, after releasing it the light will turn off.

Instant Turbo Mode - from any state (on/off), hold the round tactical switch for 0.5 seconds. After releasing it, the lamp returns to the previously used power. If it was turned off, it will go out when released.

Lock function - hold both switches simultaneously for 3 seconds. When locked, the light flashes twice. When unlocked, it lights up in the last used constant lighting mode. 

Memory for the last set power mode - the flashlight remembers the last used power mode, except for flash modes. The next time it is turned on, it will activate in the last used constant lighting mode.

Charging - slide the charging connector cover on the side of the lamp and plug the USB-C charging cable into the charging port. When charging is complete, slide the cap back on. The indicator light is red while charging, and turns green when fully charged. The flashlight cannot be used while charging. The typical charging time for a completely discharged ARB-L21-6000 battery is approximately 1.5 hours using a 9 V / 3 A USB power supply, or 2.5 hours when using a 5 V / 3 A power supply.  

Battery charge status indication - the indicator LED is activated for three seconds every time it is turned on. If the indicator light is green, the battery is more than 85% charged. Green flashing means 50-85% capacity. If it lights up red, it is charged at 25-50%. Blinking red means less than 25% of battery capacity remains.

Intelligent overheating protection - if the lamp temperature exceeds 60 °C, the power will be automatically reduced. As soon as the temperature drops below 60 °C, the output will gradually increase again.

Low battery warning - if the voltage drops below a preset level, the flashlight will reduce the brightness to a lower level. When the lowest power is reached, the battery status indicator will start flashing red to remind you to recharge or replace the battery.

• Use only high-quality rechargeable 21700 Li-ion batteries with protective electronics.
• Insert the batteries with the positive pole towards the lamp head.
• If the protective rubber rings appear damaged after a long period of use, replace them. The rings also need to be lubricated to prevent rubber erosion. By following these rules, the lamp will be properly protected against water.
• If the light flickers, does not switch to higher power modes, or does not light up, it may be for one of the following reasons:
  
  • The battery is almost empty - charge or replace it.
  • The contacts inside the lamp are dirty - clean them with a cotton swab dipped in alcohol.
  • The head, body or back of the lamp is loose, tighten them.
