The Fenix ​​GL23R rechargeable laser pistol light is designed specifically for use on short weapons. The white light output is 1200 ANSI lumens with a range of up to 240 meters, and the flashlight also has a green laser, which is suitable for easier target targeting (the direction of the laser light can be finely adjusted). The flashlight is powered by one Fenix ​​ARB-L18-1100 Li-ion battery, which is recharged directly in the flashlight via the USB-C connector on its side and is included in the package. The simplified control of the lamp is ambidextrous (for right- and left-handed people). GL23R comes with three versions of switch levers (universal - factory-fitted, shortened, extended), which can also be combined (use a different switch on each side of the lamp according to personal preferences). The flashlight can operate in three modes - white light only, white light + green laser, or just a separate green laser. Mounting on a gun rail is simple - the light is slid onto the gun rail and secured with a rotating wheel (can be tightened with a coin, for example). Can be mounted on Picatinny MIL-STD-1913 and GLOCK standard weapon rails (may not fit slimline weapons, e.g. Glock 30 model). The flashlight is suitable for professionals as well as sports and hobby shooters.

All lamp parameters (luminous flux, battery operation time, waterproofing and afterglow) are measured in accordance with the ANSI/NEMA FL 1-2009 standard.

From the factory, there may be an insulating cap inside the lamp on the battery. Before first use, remove it from the battery.

By turning the bottom switch, the desired lighting mode is selected (permanently off, white light, green laser, combination of white light + green laser).

To turn it on momentarily, flip the rear switch to the up position and hold. When released, the switch returns to the center position and the light turns off.

For constant lighting, move the rear switch to the bottom position. Switch back to the center position to turn the light off.

Charging the lamp - lift off the rubber cover of the charging connector and use the included USB-C cable to connect it to a computer, USB power adapter or USB car adapter (not included). Any mobile phone charger with a USB-C connector can also be used for charging. While charging, the indicator LED on the side of the lamp lights up red, and when fully charged, it lights up green. Charging a fully discharged battery takes about 2 hours. The used Li-ion battery does not suffer from a memory effect, so the lamp can be recharged at any time.

Battery replacement - unscrew the lamp head and insert the battery with the positive pole facing out. Then tighten the head completely again.

Adjusting the direction of the laser light - the left-right deviation adjustment is on the left side of the light. Use the included Allen key clockwise or counterclockwise to move the laser dot. The height offset adjustment is located at the bottom of the light, again use the included Allen key to move the laser dot. When making large directional corrections, an interaction may occur that causes the laser to move diagonally or become blocked. It may be necessary to turn the opposite adjustment screw counterclockwise to move the laser cartridge to the desired position.

Intelligent overheating protection - if the lamp temperature exceeds 60 °C, the power will be automatically reduced. Once the temperature drops below 55°C, the power will gradually increase again.

• Use only high-quality rechargeable batteries to avoid damaging the lamp, for example due to leakage of substances from the battery.
• When using a flashlight on a weapon, observe safety precautions.
• Insert the batteries with the positive pole facing the head of the lamp.
• If the light is flickering, dims, or does not turn on, it could be for one of the following reasons:
  
  • The battery is discharged - replace or charge it.
  • The contacts inside the lamp are dirty - clean them with a cotton swab dipped in alcohol.
