Energy bar (50% carbohydrates) for athletes with a significant protein content (25%), with BCAA amino acids, creatine and vitamins. 

The bar is gluten-free and without coating, so it's non-sticky. With a slightly different composition, you knew it until 2022 under the name Enervit Power Sport Competition.
 

When and how to use

Enervit Performance Bar with creatine is an energy bar suitable for intense, repeated performances - long sports performance with intense stretches that require a high energy consumption and for the muscles more than just energy (creatine, protein, amino acids).

It is also suitable for replenishing energy 2-3 hours before sports.

  • High carbohydrate content (50%), the vast majority of so-called rýchlych.
  • Higher protein content (25%), which contributes to the preservation of muscle fibers during sports performance.

SK Chut vyvazena, nie je prilis sladka a tazka, velmi rychly prisun energie, ako nahrada jedla ku gelom ak na vyjazde nieje po ruke nic. Velmi si nerozumie s vysokymi teplotami
