High carbohydrate content as an energy source even for very intense and demanding performances:
- maltodextrin for rapid absorption,
- fructose for gradual release of energy during training or racing,
- vitamins C and B (B2, B3, B5 and B6):
- help reduce exhaustion and fatigue,
- contribute to proper energy metabolism,
- supports the proper function of the immune system (vitamin C, B6),
- vitamin C contributes to maintaining the proper function of the immune system during and after intense physical exercise,
- contributes to the protection of cells from oxidative stress (vitamin C, B2).
When and how to use?
Dissolve 1 to 3 scoops (17 to 52 g) in a glass or bottle of water (200 to 500 ml depending on the number of scoops) and sip during your workout. Adjust the dose size to individual requirements according to the duration and intensity of the exercise (the longer or more intense the exercise, the larger the dose of Enervitene Sport you should take) and the weather (in very hot weather, prefer a thinner dilution of the drink).

Maltodextrin (from corn), fructose, sucrose, dextrose (from corn), citric acid, flavor, thickener: guar gum, sodium phosphate, magnesium citrate, potassium citrate, sodium citrate, sodium chloride, vitamin mix (C, PP, calcium pantothenate, B2, B1).

Drink Enervitene Sport, especially in the case of intense performance, as a second drink (the first is Enervit G Sport with mineral content).
