Enervit Isotonic Gel with caffeine does not need to be washed down, making energy intake during short and/or intense performances easier.
The isotonic density of the gel allows for easy absorption of energy.
Carbohydrates as an energy source are in the form of maltodextrin, which has a high glycemic index (100), so energy is released from it quickly; moreover, at the same osmotic pressure, it contains significantly more energy than glucose.

WHEN AND HOW TO USE THE GEL
During performance, we recommend consuming a maximum of 3 isotonic gels with caffeine. Enervit Isotonic Gel does not need to be washed down.

It has a high glycemic index (100), so energy is absorbed from it quickly.
Isotonic dilution also ensures speed of absorption.
Enervit Isotonic Gel thus ensures significantly more absorbed energy in the first 25 minutes.
Enervit Gel
The dominant carbohydrate contained is a 4-molecular glucose polymer with slower release than classic glucose. The gel therefore has a lower glycemic index, and energy is absorbed from it more slowly than in the case of Enervit Isotonic Gel (GI 100).
The denser consistency of the gel also ensures slower energy absorption.
Energy is thus released gradually and for a longer time.
