DURING performance every 45 minutes for continuous energy replenishment
Preparation
We recommend using energy gels as well as energy concentrates in our nutrition strategies and plans during performance. This is nothing new or revolutionary. But how to do it, for example, during cycling, to get the necessary dose of energy as safely as possible? There are two methods, which we will now introduce in more detail:
1. consuming concentrate or gel by mixing it into a drink
Probably the most optimal and therefore often used method is to mix the concentrate or gel into a water bottle. This solution is easily implementable, especially on a bicycle, when you can carry two bottles - one with Enervit G sport isotonic drink, which you drink every 10-15 minutes, and the other with concentrate or gel dissolved in water, which you consume less often than the isotonic drink (every 30-45 minutes).
2. consuming concentrate or gel in its original packaging
In this case, it is advisable to prepare the energy concentrate (Enervitene sport concentrate or Enervitene sport competition) before the start by unscrewing and then screwing back the cap of the concentrate, thereby breaking the seal for easier handling of the closure during the race.
