Cross-country skis
Cross-country skiing is divided into a few categories - classic, touring and skate. Classic ones need waxing according to the conditions and are both for beginners and professionals. Skate ones are harder to use, so it is something for more skilled skiers. Then touring ones are the best option for beginners because they are considered more "fun" and do not require major movement.
