Osprey KYTE 36 II backpack, icelake/green
The hip belt ensures support and comfort when carrying heavier loads. In addition, there is a zippered pocket for small items in each part of the waist belt. There are two more zipped pockets in the lid of the backpack, one has access from the upper back part, the other is hidden under the lid, it is made of mesh and also has a carabiner for keys. If you are going on a trip with trekking poles, you will definitely appreciate the unique Stow-on-the-Go System™ for attaching poles to your backpack. You simply put the poles through two elastic loops - one loop is on the backpack and the other on the shoulder strap - and you can take them out again just as easily and quickly. In addition, this backpack offers a side entry to the main part of the backpack with a zipper.
Other goodies: adjustable back length, emergency whistle on the chest belt, loops for an ice axe, front and side mesh pockets (e.g. for a wet jacket), straps for attaching the mat, the backpack can be divided into two compartments with an internal removable partition. The backpack is compatible with a water bag, for which the space between the back system and the backpack is intended. This entrance is marked with a sign with a drop of water. The hose from the water bag is then simply pulled through the rubber bands on the shoulder strap. After packing the entire backpack, you can additionally pull it down with the StraightJacket™ compression straps. And you can go on an adventure!
