ALL MOUNTAIN LONG SOCKS are made with seamless knitting technology and therefore have no seams that would squeeze you in boots or ski boots. They are designed for extremely cold days thanks to the long wool loops on the inside of the knit. This creates air pockets that have very good insulating properties.

Thanks to the natural properties of wool, they perfectly wick away moisture, have good thermoregulatory properties, neutralize odors and are very comfortable. ORTOVOX uses only the highest quality Merino wool from Tasmania. Merino wool is a material that degrades only negligibly over time and retains its functional properties for many years. Merino wool comes only from selected farms that meet the strict ORTOVOX WOOL PROMISE (OWP) standards.

ORTOVOX obtains new merino wool from certified sheep farms that adhere to ethical principles of animal treatment.
Only wool from Tasmanian sheep meets the demanding requirements of the ORTOVOX brand.

These farms are regularly monitored as part of the OWP. The wool itself is 100% ecological and therefore extremely environmentally sustainable. Merino wool provides perfect comfort and a feeling of softness thanks to the thin fibers that make up fine woolen yarns. In addition, this wool perfectly regulates temperature and wicks away sweat, so you will feel comfortable in any conditions. In addition, Merino wool neutralizes odors thanks to its antibacterial effects, and it is very easy to care for.

It had a double frequency transceiver for searching avalanche victims.
