Women's socks ALL MOUNTAIN MID SOCKS do more than just keep your feet warm. Thanks to the fine Merino wool, seamless knitting technology and special knit structure, it will serve you well during demanding ascents in high mountains.

The long wool loops on the inside (SCULPTURED TERRY-LINING) are specially designed for maximum heat insulation. ORTOVOX ALL MOUNTAIN MID SOCKS are suitable for any winter activities.

Special knit for maximum comfort

ALL MOUNTAIN MID SOCKS are made with seamless knitting technology and, thanks to this, they have no seams that would push you in the shoes. They are designed for extremely cold days thanks to the long wool loops on the inside of the knit. This creates air pockets that have very good insulating properties.

Each zone fulfills its purpose

Functional socks ALL MOUNTAIN MID SOCKS also stand out with their zones, where every part of the foot and shin offers what you need most:

  • Toes with flat seams to eliminate blisters.
  • Reinforced heel and toe, for better comfort and longer life.
  • Seamless circular knit.
  • 360 ° belt around the arch of the foot with excellent breathability and moisture removal.
  • The sock is ergonomically shaped for the left and right foot separately.
  • Ergonomically shaped ankle, thanks to which the sock does not wrinkle or come off.
  • Elastic cuff against floating socks.
  • Air pockets thanks to SCULPTURED TERRY-LINING woolen loops for optimal heat distribution on the leg - they prevent cold and overheating at the same time.

Comfort thanks to Merino wool

The socks contain 64% of the finest Merino wool of 21.5 microns. It is very comfortable and gives the socks elasticity and stability. Thanks to the natural properties of wool, they perfectly wick away moisture, have good thermoregulatory properties, neutralize odors and are very comfortable. They will very quickly become part of your indispensable equipment for long and demanding hikes and high-altitude alpine crossings.

The highest quality Merino wool

ORTOVOX uses only the highest quality Merino wool from Tasmania. Merino wool is a material that degrades only negligibly over time and retains its functional properties for many years. Merino wool comes only from selected farms that meet the strict ORTOVOX WOOL PROMISE (OWP) standards.

  • ORTOVOX obtains new merino wool from certified sheep farms that adhere to ethical principles of animal treatment.
  • Only wool from Tasmanian sheep meets the demanding requirements of the ORTOVOX brand.

These farms are regularly monitored as part of the OWP. The wool itself is 100% ecological and therefore extremely environmentally sustainable. Merino wool provides perfect comfort and a feeling of softness thanks to the thin fibers that make up fine woolen yarns. In addition, this wool perfectly regulates temperature and wicks away sweat, so you will feel comfortable in any conditions. In addition, Merino wool neutralizes odors thanks to its antibacterial effects, and it is very easy to care for.

This legendary German company named Ortovox has been specializing in challenging mountain activities since 1980. They became popular, thanks to their avalanche transceiver ORTOVOX F2. It had a double frequency transceiver for searching avalanche victims. Except for safety systems and finders, they also offer apparel, backpacks, shovels, probes, and other freeride and alpine equipment.
