Our women's jacket ORTOVOX WESTALPEN 3L JACKET will adapt to you even in the most extreme steps on ice, rock or in mixes thanks to the sporty elongated cut of the sleeves and body. Other functional elements of this jacket include, for example, enlarged front pockets, a high collar and a hood under which you can comfortably fit a helmet. The two-way zippers in the armpits are practical, as are the three front pockets, but nothing prevents you from working with the rope and making full use of the seat or backpack. Thanks to the combination of the membrane and many technical elements, the women's jacket ORTOVOX WESTALPEN 3L JACKET is suitable for anyone aiming for the summits of the Alpine giants.
The highest quality Merino wool
ORTOVOX uses only the highest quality Merino wool from Tasmania. Merino wool is a material that degrades only negligibly over time and retains its functional properties for many years. Merino wool comes only from selected farms that meet the strict ORTOVOX WOOL PROMISE (OWP) standards.
- ORTOVOX obtains new merino wool from certified sheep farms that adhere to ethical principles of animal treatment.
- Only wool from Tasmanian sheep meets the demanding requirements of the ORTOVOX brand.
These farms are regularly monitored as part of the OWP. The wool itself is 100% ecological and therefore extremely environmentally sustainable. Merino wool provides perfect comfort and a feeling of softness thanks to the thin fibers that make up fine woolen yarns. In addition, this wool perfectly regulates temperature and wicks away sweat, so you will feel comfortable in any conditions. In addition, Merino wool neutralizes odors thanks to its antibacterial effects, and it is very easy to care for.
