The Mountain Equipment SUPERFLUX VEST is, thanks to the waterproof DRILITE® Loft upper material and the Polarloft® Featherless synthetic insulation , an ideal companion in wet and cold weather. Thanks to the Polarloft® Featherless insulation, you feel as comfortable in it as in a down vest, and it also keeps you warm both dry and wet. In addition, it still maintains high breathability. SUPERFLUX VEST is the ideal choice for physically demanding activities in the winter mountains. It is easy to pack, warm, breathable, and looks great.

DRILITE® Loft 40 D - resistant to water and wind
DRILITE® Loft 40D is a strong and light waterproof surface material with a PU coating. It is highly breathable and resistant to water and wind. It also has a water-repellent DWR treatment on the surface, which further contributes to keeping the insulation dry even in wet conditions. In this way, the insulation is protected from getting wet, and thus also from losing its heat-insulating properties. Thanks to its water resistance and low weight, the insulation maintains a high loft for maximum thermal insulation under any conditions.

PolarLoft® for cold and wet environments
The synthetic thermal insulation material Polarloft® Featherless is suitable for cold and permanently humid conditions. It doesn't mind getting wet, dries quickly and meets all the attributes to become a great candidate for your new mountaineering and ski mountaineering equipment.
This material offers a great ratio of thermal insulation to weight with an exceptionally small volume, so the vest takes up only a minimum of space in your backpack or seat. Polarloft® Featherless is stuffed into the chambers like feathers, in small clumps, giving it much more loft and is softer and more flexible than traditional synthetic insulations that are stuffed into the chambers in whole sheets.

The SUPERFLUX VEST is an ideal insulating layer for changeable weather. If you often move in rainy areas, it is a great choice for cold days.
