Thanks to the synthetic 100% recycled POLARLOFT® Featherless insulation, the Mountain Equipment PARTICLE MEN'S VEST is an ideal companion for wet and cold weather. Thanks to the POLARLOFT® Featherless insulation, you feel as comfortable in it as in a down jacket. It keeps you warm both in the dry and in the wet, and you will appreciate it especially during demanding mountaineering and ski mountaineering ascents. Stretch fleece panels reduce bulk and ensure that this is a vest in which you can move freely, no matter how technical the terrain.

  • Outer material - 100% recycled 20D outer fabric is light and windproof, treated with PFC free DWR treatment - sufficient protection in case of snow or drizzle.
  • 73 g (vel. L) insulation - 100% recycled POLARLOFT® Featherless from the manufacturer 3M® with the Bluesign® mark (designation for ecologically sustainable textile production).
  • 240 g elastic fleece inserts with combed hair on the inside - on the sides - for greater freedom of movement when climbing or skiing.
  • Alpine Fit cut.
  • Construction of classic quilted chambers.
  • Quality YKK® brand central zipper.
  • Two insulated zippered hand pockets.
  • Elastic end of the lower hem of the vest.
  • You pack the vest in its own pocket and fasten it to the seat with a carabiner using two loops.

With an upper material with a water-repellent DWR treatment and synthetic insulating material POLARLOFT® Featherless, you can always rely on it. Whether you wear it for climbing, skiing or hiking, you will always be warm, dry and comfortable.
POLARLOFT® for cold and damp environments
The synthetic thermal insulation material POLARLOFT® is suitable for cold and permanently humid conditions.

He doesn't mind getting wet and dries quickly.

It offers a great thermal insulation to weight ratio with an exceptionally small volume.
POLARLOFT® is made of fibers of different diameters, where, as with feathers, thicker fibers serve to maintain the loft and thinner ones prevent unwanted air circulation. It is stuffed into the chambers like feathers, in bunches, thanks to which it achieves a much greater loft and is softer and more flexible than classic synthetic insulations, which are inserted into the chambers in whole sheets.

Two-year guarantee without compromise

Equipment must always be relied upon. So if something is wrong, you have an uncompromising two-year warranty. If you discover a manufacturing defect, send the goods to us and we will hand them over directly to the service center in Munich, which will take care of the rest.

Post-warranty service

If you damage the equipment yourself, the service center in Munich will repair it. Just send it to us and we will take care of everything.
