DRILITE® Loft 20 D - resistant to water and wind
DRILITE® Loft 20 D is a strong and light waterproof surface material with a PU coating. It is highly breathable and resistant to water and wind. It also has a water-repellent DWR treatment on the surface, which further contributes to keeping the feathers dry even in wet conditions. The feathers are thus protected from getting wet and thus also from losing their heat-insulating properties. Thanks to its water resistance and low weight, the feathers maintain a high loft for maximum thermal insulation in any conditions.

Quality duck feathers with 700+ fill
Very high-quality duck feathers from China contain at least 90% down, its filling is at least 700 cuin and meets the ethical DOWN CODEX®. The feathers are gently cleaned with water without chemical treatment. This destroys mites and the environment for their life, which will be appreciated by allergy sufferers. The feathers retain their important fatness and loft, are packable well, have high insulation and low weight.

Pen with DRILITE® Loft 20 D waterproof material
The outer fabric of the down jacket FROSTLINE JACKET is made of polyamide material DRILITE® Loft 20 D, which protects the feathers from getting wet and thus also from losing thermal insulation properties. At the same time, this material, thanks to its softness and lightness, enables the maximum loft (inflating the chambers) of the feathers, which significantly supports the thermal insulation properties.

Each chamber is individually filled with down with a minimum ratio of 90/10 with an excellent filling capacity of 700 cuin. The last chamber has a special shape that closes the space around the waist and minimizes heat loss. The lower hem can still be pulled down with the help of ingenious laces, the use of which is really intuitive. FROSTLINE JACKET will be appreciated by all alpinists or lovers of high mountain tourism who need minimum weight, sufficient warmth and at the same time must avoid wetting the feathers, which deteriorates the insulating properties.

Helmet hood
The new FROSTLINE JACKET model for the 2020/21 winter season has a hood compatible with a climbing helmet. And that is definitely one more reason to be interested in this light down jacket. The hood has an elasticated hem and is easily adjustable with a rear drawcord with an elastic cord and plastic clip. Fits well with or without a helmet.

Ultralight and packable
