The outer material of the ORTOVOX WONDERWOOL HEADBAND consists of 100% Merino wool, which perfectly regulates temperature, wicks away moisture and has antibacterial effects. Thanks to this, your head will be neither cold nor hot, and you will also stay dry even during demanding physical activity.

Proven wool and new technologies
- The lining of the headband is made of the hybrid material MERINO FLEECE LIGHT GRID, which is a light mixture of natural and technical fibers knitted in a channel structure, which are pleasant to the touch and can effectively regulate the temperature. The knitted construction of the headband also allows for optimal breathability during ascents and protection against strong wind.
The highest quality Merino wool
ORTOVOX uses only the highest quality Merino wool from Tasmania. Merino wool is a material that degrades only negligibly over time and retains its functional properties for many years. Merino wool comes only from selected farms that meet the strict ORTOVOX WOOL PROMISE (OWP) standards.
ORTOVOX obtains new merino wool from certified sheep farms that adhere to ethical principles of animal treatment. Only wool from Tasmanian sheep meets the demanding requirements of the ORTOVOX brand. These farms are regularly monitored as part of the OWP. The wool itself is 100% ecological and therefore extremely environmentally sustainable. Merino wool provides perfect comfort and a feeling of softness thanks to the thin fibers that make up fine woolen yarns. In addition, this wool perfectly regulates temperature and wicks away sweat, so you will feel comfortable in any conditions. In addition, Merino wool neutralizes odors thanks to its antibacterial effects, and it is very easy to care for.
Uncompromising two-year warranty
ORTOVOX products are made of the highest quality, which is why solving any complaints is really easy. If you discover a manufacturing defect, be it a fraying seam, external fraying or a non-functioning zipper, just send the product to us and we will take care of its repair, replacement or refund.
