Ingredients: water, hydrolyzed corn starch (low and medium degree), fructose-glucose syrup, sodium citrate, acid (citric acid), gelling agent (pectin), magnesium citrate, potassium citrate, calcium citrate, flavour, antioxidant (L-ascorbic acid), natural sweetener (steviol glycosides).
Recommended dosage: To replenish energy, take 1 serving before or during exertion. During performance, up to 3 servings per hour can be taken depending on intensity and individual needs.
