A new delicacy specifically for vegans! However, everyone will surely fall in love with vegetable risotto with tofu. The new parboiled rice perfectly holds its shape and excels with its great "al dente" preparation. With selected vegetables such as baby carrots, peas, green beans, and corn, it's the right base for a great risotto. The distinct flavor is provided by a balanced blend of Provençal herbs. For even higher nutritional value and to complement the great taste, diced natural nigari tofu has been added to the risotto, which will surely be appreciated not only by classic vegetarians, but everyone with an active and healthy approach to life will enjoy it.It is a unique way of preserving food by sterilization without added water, so you can enjoy Adventure Menu anytime and anywhere. The self-heating capsule is disposable and works on the principle of an exothermic reaction between quicklime and water. This creates a temperature of up to 100 °C, and the steam heated this way will heat the food even in extreme conditions in 12 minutes. Self-heating works anywhere. Rain, wind, or high altitude are not obstacles to heating. Thanks to the fact that the food is sealed in a barrier bag, no chemicals will get into it.
