Adventure Menu Rice Pudding with Plums

They then only sterilized it using the same principle our grandmothers used for canning. Today, we just have better technology for it. Thanks to this, the food tastes and smells as if it were freshly cooked. You can serve such a delicacy anytime and anywhere you want.

About the food

A delicate rice pudding made from long-grain rice with plums preserved in compote, coated with egg and baked until crispy in the oven. It also tastes good cold.



This is a unique method of preserving food by sterilization without added water, so you can enjoy Adventure Menu anytime and anywhere. Easy to prepare.



Heating methods:

  • in a pot with hot water
  • in a pan or pot
  • using self-heating
Self-heating: Unique heating technology using a heating capsule and so-called Zipper Bag.



The self-heating capsule is disposable and works on the principle of an exothermic reaction between quicklime and water. This generates a temperature of up to 100 °C, and the steam heated to this temperature will heat the food even in extreme conditions in 12 minutes. Self-heating works anywhere. Rain, wind, or high altitude are not obstacles to heating. Thanks to the fact that the food is sealed in a barrier bag, no chemicals will get into it. The contents of the self-heating capsule are 100% biodegradable after use, for example, it can be buried in nature.



Capsules can be purchased separately in 2 variants: 20 g and 50 g (depending on the amount of food to be heated)
