The grains from Ethiopia are soft, sour, and quite typically Ethiopian. It comes with refined acidity, with flavors of bergamot, black tea, and blood orange.
The Coffee Tree Coffea Arabica, from which coffee comes, is native to Ethiopia in a mountainous region. In the past, according to history, natives plucked ripe berries from the coffee tree and ate the pulp. It wasn't until years later that they found another way to utilize the grains and their aromatic flavors.
Legend has it that an Ethiopian goat herder named Kaldi one day noticed that his goats were behaving strangely. After the oldest goat ate berries from a previously unknown tree, it jumped and danced. The goat herder took the berries to a local monastery to examine. When testing coffee, its stimulating effect was discovered. Since then, coffee has continued to provide you with energy and delicious taste.
