PREPARATION
We recommend using energy gels as well as energy concentrates in our nutrition strategies and plans during performance. This is nothing new or revolutionary. But how to do it, for example, while riding a bicycle, in order to receive the necessary dose of energy as safely as possible? There are two possible ways, which we will now introduce you to in more detail:
1. consumption of concentrate or gel mixed into a drink
Probably the most optimal and, because of that, also often used, is mixing the concentrate or gel into a bottle of water. This solution is easy to implement, especially on a bicycle, when you can carry two bottles with you - in one you have the ionic drink Enervit G sport, which you drink every 10-15 minutes, in the other, a concentrate or gel dissolved in water, which you consume less often than an ion bottle (after 30-45 minutes).
2. consumption of concentrate or gel in original packaging
In this case, it is advisable to prepare the energy concentrate (Enervitene sport concentrate or Enervitene sport competition) in advance before the start, by unscrewing and then screwing back the cap of the concentrate, thus breaking the fuse for easier handling of the cap during the race.

COMPOSITION
Fructose syrup (42.5%), glucose-fructose syrup (33.6%), maltodextrin (3%), thickener: carboxymethylcellulose, citric acid, L-alanine (0.32% *), L-leucine (0.32% *), acidity regulator: sodium citrate, L-isoleucine (0.16% *), L-Valine (0.16% *), lime peel extract, flavoring, preservative: potassium sorbate, vitamin mix (B1, B2, B6, PP, calcium pantothenate), antioxidant: ascorbic acid.
