Creatine
Creatine can be found naturally in foods such as meat and fish. It plays a central role in supplying cells with energy, for example in skeletal muscles, the heart or the brain. Creatine has been scientifically proven to increase physical performance in successive doses of short-term, high-intensity exercise and can also enhance the effect of resistance training on muscle strength in adults over 55 years of age, at a daily intake of 3g.

In China, the preparation of tea itself is accompanied by a series of rituals, and it has been called the "elixir of life" for many years. Many studies are conducted on the effects of green tea due to its beneficial effect on our body. In folk medicine, it is sought after for physical and mental stimulation or concentration support.
Cayenne pepper
It is a variety of chili peppers of the species capsicum frutescens, which are grown in tropical areas in India, Mexico or the USA. It probably earned the name Cayenne because of its pungent flavor that rivals that of pepper. It belongs to the hotter varieties, which is why it is especially popular in the spicy dishes of Indian and Mexican cuisine.
Bioperine®
A standardized extract from the fruits of Piper Nigrum is the only piperine product that has received patented status for its ability to increase the bioavailability of nutrients.
Recommended dosage: up to 75 kg of body weight and for sensitive athletes, mix a dose of 10 g with 150 ml of water. Above 75 kg of body weight or a high level of training, mix a dose of 20 g in 300 ml of water. Consume 15 minutes before training. The maximum dose is 20 g. The recommended daily dose must not be exceeded.
Use: 1/3 measure = approx. 10 g. 2/3 measuring cup = approx. 20 g. Mix the recommended dose in water. After opening, store at a temperature of up to 25 °C and consume within 3 months.
Warning: Nutritional supplement, with sweeteners. Contains caffeine (230 mg/20 g/115 mg/10 g) - not suitable for children and pregnant or breastfeeding women. Thanks to the high concentration of active substances, undissolved particles are visible after mixing in the drink. It is a natural feature of the product and is not a defect. The tingling sensation is a natural reaction! Designed especially for adult athletes. It must not be used as a substitute for a varied diet. It should not be taken on an empty stomach. Consumption with other products containing green tea should not exceed 800 mg of EGCG per day. Store out of reach of children! Protect from heat, frost and moisture.
