Food supplement in powder form intended for the preparation of an isotonic drink. Magnesium and potassium help with muscle function. Ginseng has a tonic effect and is recommended in case of physical and mental fatigue. Creatine increases physical performance in endurance activities with high intensity and short duration. Ideally used before, during and after physical activity.

Ingredients: dextrose, maltodextrin 24%, creatine monohydrate, citric acid, lemon flavor, sodium citrate, potassium citrate, magnesium salts of citric acid, sodium chloride, vitamin C (L-ascorbic acid), anti-caking agents: silicon dioxide, calcium phosphates; sweetener: sucralose, ginseng (root extract), pyridoxine hydrochloride (vitamin B6).
Instructions for use: Take 1 dose (30g powder in 500 ml of water) before or during training. If necessary, it can also be used after training to support regeneration and restore glycogen.
Recommended daily dose: take 1 serving per day (30g).
Warning: nutritional supplements must not be used as a substitute for a varied diet. Use during pregnancy is not recommended. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Keep out of the reach of small children. Store in a cool and dry place.
