Namedsport Hydrafit energy drink
HydraFit is a specially developed hypotonic electrolyte drink with an exclusive content of salts, maltodextrin, and vitamins.Method of use: mix 1 dose (20 g of powder, approx. 2 tablespoons) in 500 ml of cold water.
The recommended dosage: 50-100 ml of the finished drink at intervals of 15-20 minutes, depending on the intensity of the activity.
Recommended daily dose: max. 60 g = 1.5 litres of finished drink per day. This nutritional supplement is not a substitute for a balanced, varied diet. Do not exceed the recommended daily dosage.
Storage: Protect from frost, direct sunlight, moisture and radiant heat. Store in a cool and dry place.
