Product description
Vitamin B1 improves subsequent regeneration of the body after exercise, magnesium and calcium for better muscle function, carbohydrates and electrolytes for long-term performance.
Contains 70 g/ of simple and complex carbohydrates.
Recommended daily dosage: 3 scoops in 500 ml of water, max. 1/2 l to 1 l of drink per day. Before the race (during warm-up) 150–300 ml of drink. During exercise 150 ml every 15 minutes. Suitable for endurance physical activity, intensive exercise and in hot climates. Store the prepared drink in the fridge and consume it immediately. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
Contents of 1500 g dilution: 18.5 l isotonic (40 g powder/500 ml water) and up to 37 l hypotonic. Osmolality of isotonic drink 290 mOsm.
The product is not intended for children under 3 years of age. Store in a dry place. Store out of reach of children.
