The innovative formula of Enervit Electrolytes Boost helps replenish important "sports" minerals in the form of sodium and magnesium salts:
- Sodium is the most abundant salt in sweat.
- Magnesium contributes to electrolyte balance, reducing fatigue and exhaustion, and to normal muscle function.
- The product is particularly suitable for intense and prolonged activities.
How to use
- Consume up to 3 sachets per day. Ideal for use DURING sports performance, especially in case of significant sweating.
- Dissolve the contents of one sachet in the corresponding amount of still water (1 sachet per 500 ml). If using multiple sachets, we recommend spreading them out over several doses.
- It can also be combined with Enervit energy or isotonic drinks.
